She is a panel arbitrator of HKIAC, CIETAC, SHIAC, SCIA, BIAC and many other arbitration institutions. She is a specially appointed mediator by the High People’s Court of Guangdong Province and the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's Court.
She is a Council Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong, the HKIAC and a Committee Member of HKIAC’s Women in Arbitration Committee.
