Duncan is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management Group in Hong Kong. He leads our insolvency and restructuring team.

Duncan has more than 20 years of experience in relation to insolvency, restructuring and enforcement work, often being engaged on mandates with cross-border aspects. In particular, in addition to regularly advising clients on Hong Kong law he has recent experience of acting for clients in respect of restructuring involving issues of PRC, Madagascan, Spanish, and English law.

Duncan is recommended by Legal 500 for restructuring and insolvency and dispute resolution. He co-authored Butterworths Bankruptcy Handbook – Eighth Edition alongside other members of the Eversheds Sutherland team.
