Vimla Luk is an Executive Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients on restructurings, and dent and equity financing transactions. Vimla has over 15 years of experience and has been involved in some of the largest and complex restructuring transactions in Asia.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Vimla was a Director of Adamas Private Credit investment team. She also previously worked as an Associate Director at KPMG where she advised on restructuring, disposal of non-performing loans and special situation transactions in China.

Vimla holds a LLM (Corporate and Finance Law) from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from UNSW in Australia.
