Rishi has extensive experience advising stakeholders across the capital structure on restructuring, insolvency and financing matters across various industries and jurisdictions. He advises on financings for distressed and special situations, informal restructuring, formal statutory rehabilitation and reorganisation and insolvency, recovery and enforcement.

He has deep experience in cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters across the APAC region, including Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
