Cooley Associate Olya Antle has worked on several high-profile cross-border restructurings, including Israeli cell therapy Gamida Cell’s Chapter 11 and corresponding Chapter 15 recognition of a separate debt arrangement in Israel last year. Beyond her restructuring work, Antle is the co-chair of the International Insolvency Institute’s (III) NextGen programme and the institute’s youngest delegate on UNCITRAL Working Group V on cross-border insolvency law. She also works pro bono for the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice, advising it on a bankruptcy framework for modern micro, small and medium sized enterprises as part of Ukraine’s aspirations to join the EU.
