Natasha is a Senior Legal Counsel at GLAS, a global independent provider of debt administration and bond trustee services. At GLAS, Natasha focuses on contentious and non-contentious restructurings, enforcements and other complex deals, and she has been involved in some of the biggest, market-leading matters as agent, security agent and trustee. Natasha joined GLAS in 2020 from the Restructuring team at Sidley Austin, where she advised GLAS on a number of complex cross-border restructurings, including Galapagos. Prior to this, Natasha was a restructuring associate at a number of international law firms, where she advised companies, creditors and trustees.Natasha has an LLB and an LLM from the London School of Economics. She is a member of the TMA London NextGen Committee.
