With over 20 years of experience, she is known for advising on high-value, cross-border finance transactions and is a market-leading specialist in private capital and credit solutions. Mei’s practice covers the full credit spectrum, with particular expertise in stressed and distressed situations, innovative bespoke financings, and complex restructurings. She acts for a diverse client base, representing institutional investors, corporate borrowers, private equity funds, issuers and hedge funds. Before joining Linklaters, Mei was a partner and London co-chair at Paul Hastings.
