Ksenia is a Director at Greenbrook, an independent strategic communications firm advising private capital clients. She brings over 15 years of experience across financial communications and news media, with a focus on complex and high-profile special situations, including corporate and sovereign debt restructurings, creditor and shareholder disputes, litigation and bankruptcies.
At Greenbrook, she has been advising on a number of high-profile situations, including representing junior creditors during Thames Water’s restructuring; senior secured creditors in Altice International; Zambia’s creditors during the sovereign debt restructuring; Metro Bank’s senior bondholders during October 2023 refinancing; and working on Hurtigruten Group’s 2023 recapitalisation.
Prior to joining Greenbrook, Ksenia spent 12 years as a senior markets journalist at Bloomberg News and was a regular commentator on Bloomberg TV. She holds a BA in History with Honors from Stanford University and a Master’s degree from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
