Sarah has over 20 years of experience in private debt markets and corporate finance. She has originated and structured over 150 transactions globally across subscription facilities, NAV financing, GP financing and other strategic liquidity solutions for private equity sponsors and alternative asset managers.

In 2018, after seven years at Lloyds Bank delivering financing solutions for some of the world’s largest financial sponsors, Sarah launched the world’s first dedicated independent fund finance advisory platform. Avardi Partners has grown into a leading independent advisor in the fund finance market, having advised on more than €50 billion of financings for private funds globally.

Prior to specialising in fund finance, Sarah held roles across leveraged finance, M&A and private equity advisory, providing her with a broad perspective on capital structuring and sponsor financing strategies. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School in France.
