Caroline is a senior associate in Freshfields’ restructuring team, with a decade of experience acting for debtors, creditors and sponsors on complex cross-border and UK financial restructurings. Caroline won the Institute for Turnaround’s 2025 Rising Star award and is listed in Chambers as an “associate to watch”. She recently completed a secondment to Benefit Street Partners (formerly Alcentra), supporting the European liquid credit and special situations teams on a range of active restructuring and other transactions.
