With 18 years of professional financial advisory experience, Ms. Marshall specializes in delivering high-profile financial and operational restructuring, special situations M&A (both buy/sell-side), contingency planning, and insolvency solutions for stressed and distressed clients.
Since 2012, Julia has been advising corporate boards; private equity sponsors; mainstream, alternative and private credit lenders, and; government bodies on both complex cross-border cases and mid-market assignments. Her deep sector expertise spans Technology, Retail, Hospitality, Automotive, Real Estate and Energy.
Prior to joining A&M, Julia spent over 14 years at PwC as an appointment-taking Director, working on high-profile cases from Lehman Brothers to Harveys & Bensons.
Ms. Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham. She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW), a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (ICAEW) and serves on the board and committees for industry networks including IWIRC and R3.”
